TY2011 Proficiency Problems
The goal of these problems is to cover:
- New Tax Law Issues
- New or changed features in TaxWise
- Topics which are unique or non-obvious for a correct New Jersey return
- Topics which are either
- Perenially missed or entered incorrectly (but not so complex that they fall into the "Special Topic" category)
- Infrequent enough that a refresher is useful (but not so infrequent that a typical preparer would probably never see it)
- and doable without an impatient Taxpayer waiting across the table...
